Peter W. Grant, RRP
President and Co-Founder
Peter has amassed extensive experience in resort development, design, marketing, sales, management consultation, communications and board governance. Peter began his career in the timesharing industry in 1981 and rose through the ranks of sales, marketing, project management and, ultimately, to co-develop five Lake Tahoe area resorts. Peter is a past speaker at ARDA conferences on multiple topics and a long time association Board Director and President. Peter graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Business/Hotel Administration.
Richard S. Wolf, RRP
Executive Vice President & Co-Founder
Richard entered the timesharing industry in 1982 and over his near 40 year career, has become expert in development, marketing, sales, management consultation, regulatory and Association governance. Richard is a long time California and Nevada Real Estate Broker and is highly skilled in the creation and modification of association governing documents. Richard co-founded Grant Wolf with Peter Grant in 1984 to provide specialized services to timeshare Associations and their management. Richard graduated from UCLA with a BA in Business Administration.
